David Ang - 25 Jul 2025Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has significant exposure to the China and Hong Kong markets (17.9% and 22.5%, respectively), which have underperformed due to the macroeconomic conditions in these areas. We also saw a negative rental reversion of -7.5% in MLT's Chinese properties (slightly better than -9.4% in the previous quarter). If the China/HK markets remain depressed for an extended period, MLT's AUM and DPU could also be impacted.
